Recipe Saturday!

Happy Saturday one and all!

I had a lot of positive feedback about my avocado dip, so many of you liked it! So i thought today i would share another of my favourite dips to make and eat.

Hommus!

Ingredients

1 can Chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

1. Rinse chickpeas and place in food processor
2. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and add to the chickpeas
3.  Add the Lemon juice, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper to food processor.
4. Process until smooth

Note! Hommus is better cold, so for the best results, place in the refrigerator before serving!
